Utilising a powerful, high-voltage 347V+ electrical system, it offers a lower current with minimal heat loss, improving energy efficiency over traditional 80v platforms, all while maintaining the power output needed for rigorous work.
Driving this power are dual Permanent Magnet Sync Motors (PMSM); one for travel and the other purely for lifting, engineered for high efficiency. Together, they enable a travel speed of up to 20km/h and a lifting speed of 0.33m/s, outperforming comparable IC forklifts. Integrated with the AX Series forklift truck is rapid charging, with a full charge possible in just 1.2-1.5 hours, allowing for multiple heavy-duty shifts.
Delivering Reliability and Safety
With a sophisticated Thermal Management System for the battery, motors and electronic controls, the AX Series liquid cooling system ensures stable operation in extreme heat or high-intensity conditions, reducing the chances of maintenance downtime affecting business operations. An all-weather protection rating of IP67/IP56, a cast-iron drive axle and a reinforced-welded steering axle also ensures durability through the toughest conditions, and longer-lasting equipment.
