Hyster-Yale’s acquisition of a majority interest in Hyster-Yale Maximal Forklift Co., Ltd (Hyster-Yale Maximal), a joint venture between Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (80%-owned) and Zhejiang Maximal Forklift (20%-owned), was completed on June 1, 2018. Hyster-Yale Maximal designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services utility and standard lift trucks and specialized materials handling equipment globally under the Maximal, Hyster® and Yale® brand names. Hyster-Yale Maximal has manufacturing facilities in the Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China.
